Margaret Jane Anderson, 65, formerly of Crisfield departed this life Monday April 1, 2013 at Gilcrest Hospice Care in Towson, Maryland. Born August 8, 1947 she was the daughter of Robert Anderson and Hilda James.
In addition to her parents she leaves to cherish fond memories four sons, Everett “Eddie”(Sharon), Corey, Baron Sr., and Timothy Collins. Three sisters, Betty Taylor, Peggy Turpin, and Kay Anderson; one brother, Robert ” Keith” Anderson; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by one sister Bonnie Lea Anderson.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday April 6, 2013 at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Crisfield, where friends may call one hour prior. Reverend Lucille Nichols will be the Eulogist. Interment will be at Hopewell Cemetery near Crisfield.

It’s so amazing to see how fast God took you. You were there by my side when mom, your sister, died and even though we all knew you were sick, you never even showed any signs. You stayed strong and calmed everyone who was weak during that time of sorrow. One thing that will stick with me is that you said during that week, I made you feel like a queen. That gives my heart such joy…even though I only did the little things that I normally would do.
You were there with mom in the end and it does my heart good to know you’re there with her now. Please give her a big hug and kiss for me. Love you much…Katrina Anderson
