Wesley Walter Maddox, Jr.

larryWesley Walter Maddox, Jr., 58 of Crisfield, Maryland, formerly of Wilmington, Delaware departed this life Thursday, November 7, 2014 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, Maryland.  Wesley was born October 23, 1955, he was the son of the late Wesley, Sr. and Florence Campbell-Maddox.  “Hollywood” as he was affectionately known was raised in Kent Narrows, Maryland.

He was educated in the Queen Anne’s County Public School System and was employed as Longshoreman for the Port of Wilmington, Delaware until his health failed.

He leaves to cherish his memory:  two sons, Evion Collins and Christopher Forbes; one granddaughter; three brothers, John Davis, Wayne Hines and Johnny Maddox; four sisters, Onetta Jones, Portia Hines, Ella Louise Campbell and Jean Campbell; one aunt, Gladys Campbell; one uncle, Harvey Campbell; a host of nephews, nieces other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, two sisters, Shirley Campbell and Hilda Tilghman and one brother, Harvey Maddox.

A Memorial Service will be held  11 AM, Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Crisfield, Maryland.
