Patrick William Barkley, 58, of Fruitland, departed this life Monday, November 21, 2016 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Born January 28, 1958, he was the son of Patricia B. Lenoir and the late Upton Barkley, Jr. He was employed as a carpenter in the home improvement industry for many years.
He is survived by his fiance’ Joyce A. Jones; his mother, Patricia B. Lenoir; two brothers, Ivan Barkley, Sr. (Casandra) and Von Lenoir (Lisa); one sister, Patrice Cornish (Reginald); and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

My uncle was the clown in the family among other things, his was dad’s big brother. He had hia faults but like many of us he was humble enough to realize them. You can never replace someone’s energy but you can certianely keep it alive. We will countine to laugh and countine to live out lives knowing that the party never stops, when someone decides to go home.
