Robert Lee Waters, 100, was born in Crisfield, Maryland on February 19, 1912, to the late Sarah and William Waters. “Bob,” as he was affectionately called, was called to eternal peace on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Manokin Manor Nursing Home in Princess Anne, Maryland.
“Bob” attended the Collins Street School in Crisfield, Maryland. He was a faithful member of Shiloh United Methodist Church, also located in Crisfield and he never missed a Sunday. “Bob” was a very fun loving person and could be seen all over town walking with a stick in his hand.

He was well liked by everybody and will be missed by many.
“Bob” leaves to mourn his loss one cousin, Vernel Cottman and wife Lynette.
“Bob” was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Howard Waters, Charles Waters and William Waters; three sisters, Hattie Waters, Velma Waters and Mimie Waters; his nephew, Harland Cottman; several other relatives, friends and the many, many friends of Somerset County Community Services in Marion Station, Maryland.
