Dr. Miguel R. Machuca, 72, of Fruitland, Maryland formerly of Cuenca, Ecuador departed this life Friday, December 18, 2020 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury, Maryland. Born May 1, 1948 he was the son of the late Ricardo Machuca and Julia Argudo.
He is survived by: his loving wife, Miriam Palacios; two sons, Fabricio Machuca and Christian Machuca (Patricia Cedillo); one daughter, Paola Machuca (Daniel Minchala); two grandchildren, Eduardo Minchala and Leonel Minchala; four sisters, Marina, Martha, Bertha and Alicia Machuca; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Dr. Machuca was preceded in death by one brother, Julio Machuca.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 Am Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Anthony E. Ward, Jr. Funeral Home in Princess Anne, Maryland with a viewing one hour prior.
Interment will be at John Wesley (Bowland Hill) Cemetery in Princess Anne.
