Deborah R. Borden, 65, of Marion Station Maryland, gained her heavenly wings Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Coastal Hospice at The Lake in Salisbury, Maryland. Born August 4, 1955 she was the Daughter of Clementine Evans-Spence and the late Garnett Coulbourne, Sr.
In addition to her Mother, she leaves to cherish fond memories with: her devoted, Husband Eugene Borden, Sr.; four sons, Robert McCready, Jr., Tyron McCready, Sr., Eugene Borden, Jr. and John Borden; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; two brothers, Nelson “Eddie” Evans and Garnett Coulbourne, Jr. (Kaveen); five sisters, Lynnette Thomas, Lavern Evans-Baker (Robert), Linda Evans (Mannon), Laurie Evans, and Lorraine Coulbourne and a host of nephews, nieces, other family and friends.
In addition to her Father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Coulbourne and Charles Coulbourne, Sr.
A funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Handy United Methodist Church in Marion Station, Maryland, with a viewing one hour prior. A viewing will also be held 6:00 PM-8:00 PM Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at at Handy United Methodist Church.
Interment will be held at Mount Peer United Methodist Church Cemetery.

I graduated with Debbie and their was never anytime that I saw her that we didn’t speak. She was a libing, caring woman and will be missed greatly.
We were sadden to hear of the passing of Rhonda. Wish we could have been there But other comments enabled us from being there with you. Bernice and i will miss her smile, personality along with always loving to see us come.. Hang in there Eugene, You loved her but God loved her best..

This is one lady that will certainly be missed! We had so many conversations together. Our concerns about the children we worked with snd so much more. Our conversations about the God we served and how good He is. Yes, she will be missed. God’s blessings n love for the family.
