Sherman Othaniel Brittingham, Sr., 68, of Levittown, PA formerly of Pocomoke City, MD departed this life Thursday, June 17, 2021 at the home of his parents. Born October 7, 1952, he was the son of the late Frank Corbin, the late James E. Harmon and Pearl Brittingham-Harmon.
Sherman is survived by his wife, Beneice; three sons, Demetrest Brittingham (Terri), Sherman “S.J.” Brittingham, Jr. and Jamar Brittingham (Rachael); two daughters, Kia Hill and Savannah Hill; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; four brothers; four sisters; a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Saint James United Methodist Church in Westover, MD with a viewing one hour prior. A viewing will also be held 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Church.
Interment will be at the Robinson Family Cemetery.

Lord, we were raised within yds. of each other. He was a character 🤣, always laughing. Growing up was never a dull moment when Sherman was around. So touching that he wanted to come home, to go home. Praying for Berneice and all of the Family.
