Gregory Darnell “Dee” Tilghman, Jr., 33, of Princess Anne departed this life Wednesday January 18, 2017 in Cumberland, Maryland. Born February 17,1983 he was the son of Gregory “Darnell” Tilghman, Sr. (Tamala) and Lestine Cotton-Blaske (Domino).

Dee is the product of Somerset County Schools in Princess Anne, Maryland. Dee was a very loving and caring person with a big heart. He loved his family and had a passion to open his own bar & grill.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Bianca Oliver; two sisters, Tyree Whittington and Andrea Waters; one brother, Damar Tilghman (Kelly); three step-siblings, Ashley, Savannah and Jhamir; his maternal grandparents, Ernest Cotton and Lutina Harris; paternal grandmother, Francis Tilghman; five special aunts, Cynthia Terry, Mary “Sug” Harris, Ada Harris, Edna Ritter & Gladys Johnson; three nieces, Ty’Daisha Polk, Ny’Asia Waters and Ariel Johnson; three nephews, Ty’Juan Mayo, Bruce Waters, III and Titus Blaske; one great niece, Skye Doughty and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Samuel Tilghman and great grandmother, Annie D. Harris.

Dee will be sorely Missed by his loving Family

A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Saturday, February,4 ,2017 at Anthony E. Ward, Jr. Funeral Home in Princess Anne with a viewing one hour prior. A public viewing will be held from 2-6 PM Friday at the funeral home.  Interment will be in the Family Cemetery in Upper Hill.
