Garnett A. Brown, Jr., 67, of Crisfield, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania departed this life on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Coastal Hospice at The Lake in Salisbury, Maryland. Born March 31, 1951, he was the son of the late Garnett, Sr. and Mary Cottman-Brown.
He is survived by one son, Lamont Brown; three brothers, Gary Brown (Elmira), Stanley Brown (Shirley) and Torris Battle (Sherita); two sisters, Carolyn Weatherbe (Grover, Jr.) and Agnes Waters; the mother who raised him, Mikey Brown.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Sheila Waters.
A viewing will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, October 5, 2018 at Anthony E. Ward, Jr. Funeral Home, Princess Anne, Maryland.
Disposition will be private.

I am so saddened to hear of Garnett’s Passing. I Pray that GOD gives each of you comfort and strength during this difficult time. He was a good man and my Friend. I will always cherish the moments that we had with him. Boy did we have some memories and he will forever be within my heart. Crisfield has lost yet another Soldier and GOD has gained another Angel.
