Annie Victoria Fowler Cullen peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at her home in Marion, MD, with her son. She was born June 25, 1920 in Clinton, NC to the late William and Creasy Ann Fowler.
She received her formal education in the Clinton, NC School System.
Annie relocated to Georgetown, DE, then to Marion where she met and married Frank Borden. He preceded her in death. She later married Welton Cullen who also preceded her in death.
She was a faithful and active member of Handy’s United Methodist Church in Marion, where she attended services and Bible Study regularly until her health began to fail.
Loving memories will be cherished; by her son, Warren Soil; one grandson, Warren Ward; a nephew, Fred Fowler; two great granddaughters; and many great nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Handy’s United Methodist Church in Marion, with a viewing one hour prior. A viewing will also be held 6:00 8:00 PM Friday, December 28, 2018 at the church.
Interment at Borden Family Cemetery in Marion, Maryland.
