Alfred Fields, Jr. 86, of Crisfield passed away peacefully on Monday, December 31, 2018. Born January 29, 1932 in Dothan, Alabama, he was the son of the late Alfred, Sr. and Rena Martin Fields.
He is survived by five sons, Ernest, Jerry, Terry, Clifton and Dontae’ Fields; four daughters, Lovetta Kersey, Gail Fields, Paula Tucker and Jane Ford.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Harris Fields and two sons, Alfred Fields, III and Tommy Fields.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 Pm Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Highway Holiness Church in Crisfield (Hopewell), with a viewing one-hour prior. A viewing will also be held 6:00 -8:00 PM Friday, January 11, 2019 at the church.
Interment will be at John Wesley United Methodist Church Cemetery (Cottage Grove).
