Helen Flora Taylor, 82, of Crisfield, MD made her heavenly transition Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, MD. Born January 19, 1939 she was the daughter of the late Isaac Waters and Mabel White-Waters.
Helen is survived by four sons, Anthony Banks, Robin Banks (LaShawn), Eric Banks and Isaac Banks (Dawn); two daughters, Charlene Fields and Audrey Banks; one stepson, Robert Taylor, Jr.; one stepdaughter, Bertina Jackson; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one brother, Jeffery Waters, Sr. (Janice); one aunt, Milkey Brown; a special cousin and bff, Sylvia Johnson (Joe Ed); a host of nephews; nieces; other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Taylor, Sr.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Saint James United Methodist Church, 8730 Crisfield Highway, Westover, MD with a viewing one hour prior. A viewing will also be held 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday, September 10, 2021 at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Crisfield.
Interment will be at John Wesley United Methodist Church Cemetery in Marion Station, MD.
