Denise C. Ball-Waters, 64, of Crisfield, MD departed this life Saturday May, 20, 2023 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional In Salisbury, MD. Born July 30, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Harrison Ball, Sr. and Ruth Lee White-Ball.
“Dee”, as she was affectionately known leaves to cherish fond memories with four Sons, Kevin D. Turpin, DeSean Johnson (Rochelle) , Larry Johnson (Erica) and Gary Johnson, Jr. (Laurie); one daughter, Turquoise Womack (Makyah); five grandchildren; two sisters, Rose Lee Collins and Michelle Handy; one Brother, Joseph Handy; her devoted fiancé, James Fontaine and a host of other family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Terry Ball-Jones; her brother, Harrison Ball, Jr. and one grandchild, Logan Johnson.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, May 27, 2023 at John Wesley United Methodist Church, 27945 Holland Crossing Road in Marion Station, MD with a viewing one hour prior. A viewing will also be held 6-8 PM Friday, May 26, 2023 at the church. Interment will be at Mount Peer Cemetery in Marion Station.

It’s hard to find the right word for someone who was family to me for so many years. Sending my warmest energy, positive thoughts, and prayers to my brother Larry and sister Erica and the rest of your loved ones.
