Mary Elizabeth Holbrook

Mary Elizabeth Holbrook, 90, of Princess Anne, Maryland made her heavenly transition on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Maryland. Born April 14, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Henry Avery Beauchamp and Luvenia Hayward-Beauchamp.

She leaves to cherish fond memories with her daughter, Maria Jones (Charles); three grandchildren, Cresandre’ Corbin (Robert, Sr.), Carolyn Terrell (Marcus, Sr.) and Evette Jones; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one sister,  Mae Card and a host of other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Mount Hope A.M.E. Zion Church, 11250 Greenwood Road,   Princess Anne with a viewing one hour prior. A public viewing will also be held  2:00 PM-6:00 PM Friday, November 17, 2023 at Anthony E. Ward, Jr. Funeral Home in Princess Anne.

Interment will follow at Saint Mary’s Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Princess Anne.

    Praying that our God will comfort you as no other can at this time. Lean on him for strength and courage during this hour. Only knew your mom for a short period of time, but she was so pleasant and personable. Just remember grief has no expiration date. Cre, Carolyn and Evette you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
