Le’Roy Andre Milbourne, 54, of Princess Anne, Maryland and formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at his residence. Born August 24, 1969 he was the son of the late Leroy Grant and Sylvia Arlene Milbourne-Grant.
Precious memories are left with his devoted wife: Carol Ann Milbourne; one son, William Henry James, Sr. (Lissette); one daughter, Akyra James (Adrian ,Sr.); nine grandchildren, LaReina, William, Jr., Xavier, Aria, Karter, Kaylee, Adrian, Jr., Palace, and Lennox; one sister, Sharmesha Gordula (Dave); four brothers-in law, Russell James, Ronald Cox, Raymond Williams (Sophia) and Peter Girard (Maricar); four sisters-in-law, Maria Jones (Charles), Monique Whitfield (Murray), Lisa Montgomery (Raheem) and Katrice James; a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: a brother-in-law, Thomas James, Jr.
A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Saint James United Methodist Church, 8730 Crisfield Highway, Westover, Maryland with a viewing one hour prior. A viewing will also be held 6:00 PM-8:00 PM pm Friday, December 8, 2023 at Anthony E. Ward, Jr. Funeral Home in Princess Anne.
